As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between our clients and their virtual assistants, ensuring that clients are satisfied with our services and that their needs are being met. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing support as needed and going the extra mile to improve their service
Responsibilities:
Onboarding new clients and ensuring they understand our virtual assistant services
Main point of contact for clients and virtual assistants, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients & va’s
Ensuring that clients are satisfied with their virtual assistants and that their needs are being met
Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling virtual assistant services to clients
Collaborating with internal team within the company to ensure that clients are receiving the best possible service
Providing support and guidance to virtual assistants as needed
Requirements:
Over 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Familiarity with virtual assistant services and/or outsourcing is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity.
Willing to work during 9am-5:30 pm AEST
