HIRING: Client Acquisition Specialist
Location: Work from Home

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team at The Consultant Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients, generate leads, qualify prospects, set appointments, expand our customer base, and drive the agency’s growth. This role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into valuable long-term clients.

Responsibilities:
• Devise, implement, and execute comprehensive and effective lead-generation strategies to identify customers for our products/services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients through various channels and identify their specific needs, preferences, and their preferences, and pain points.
• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our products/services and build interest.
• Create and manage effective lead nurturing campaigns to engage with potential customers and convert them into qualified leads.
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with the prospects, addressing their needs and concerns and guiding them through the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records, track sales pipeline progress, and generate regular reports on acquisition efforts and outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lead-generation techniques to optimize agency strategies continuously.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and guidelines while representing the agency to potential clients.

Requirements:
• Proven experience of at least three years in lead generation and appointment setting, preferably in a B2B, travel, and staffing industry.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, sales, or similar roles within a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential clients. (Someone with an Australian or American accent is preferred but not a requirement)
• Familiarity with the travel and staffing industry is an added advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decisions and optimize lead-generation efforts.
• Self-motivated and target-driven individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and appointment schedule tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple lead-generation campaigns simultaneously.
