We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Construction Client Acquisition Specialist.

Position Overview:
As a Construction Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and acquiring new clients for our construction services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our client base, increase market share, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong networking skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients in target markets through market analysis, networking, and lead generation activities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the construction industry.
Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to showcase our services and value proposition to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and estimators, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to convert prospects into clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts using CRM software.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, construction management, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and referral sources.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate terms effectively.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and market trends is a plus.
