Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialist
Work hours: Part-time 20 hours/week
Timezone: Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Initial work schedule: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm PST, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $3-4 per hour DOE

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is integral in driving growth and expanding our client base, focusing on coaches, consultants, digital marketing agencies, and various online businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, outreach strategy, appointment setting, and CRM maintenance, along with exceptional communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
– Identify and generate new leads for coaches, consultants, digital marketing agencies, and online businesses.
– Utilize LinkedIn, , and other similar tools to source and qualify leads.
2. Outreach Strategy & Execution:
– Develop and implement effective cold outreach strategies.
– Conduct cold outreach using or similar platforms to engage potential clients.
3. Content Writing for Drip Email Campaigns:
– Create compelling content for drip email campaigns to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
4. CRM Maintenance and Building:
– Maintain and build CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
– Ensure all lead and prospect information is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
5. Appointment Setting:
– Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for further discussions and potential business opportunities.
– Coordinate and manage appointments using Zoom and Gmail.

Qualifications:
1. Must-Have Requirements:
– At least 2 years of experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Experience with or similar lead generation tools.
2. Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Experience with LinkedIn Automation tools.
– Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM is a plus.
– Previous experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM systems.
