Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Client acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding new clients matching them with an assistant VA that meets their needs and requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

You will also be responsible for hiring and sourcing new talented VA’s conducting phone and video interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and presenting job offers to successful candidates. Review resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to job offer, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and conducting background checks. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

*Research and identify potential clients or target markets through various channels, such as online platforms, databases, networking events, or referrals.
*Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, social media, or in-person meetings to introduce the company’s products or services and gauge their interest.
*Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the company’s value proposition and demonstrate how their offerings can meet the client’s needs.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster trust and credibility, which can lead to long-term partnerships.
*Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the client’s requirements and pain points, aligning the company’s offerings to provide tailored solutions.
*Collaborate with relevant teams to create proposals and quotes that outline the services, pricing, and terms of the potential partnership.
*Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure a fair and profitable agreement for both the client and the company.
*Work diligently to secure new clients and close deals successfully, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
*Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for business growth and product/service improvement.
*Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other tools.
*Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
*Provide ongoing support to clients and follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
*Stay informed about the company’s offerings, industry developments, and sales techniques to improve performance and stay competitive.
*Analyze and interpret data related to client acquisition efforts, including conversion rates, sales pipeline, and return on investment, to optimize strategies and achieve better results.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Client Acquisition/recruiter or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with remote recruiting is a plus.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Experience with remote recruiting is a plus.
Great communication skills and English fluency in a must

Work Environment:
This is a remote position, which means you will be working from home or another location of your choice. You will need to have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to be successful in this role. You will be working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders, so excellent communication skills are essential.
