Hi! I’m Jonathan from Corporate Call Center (CCC), and I’m excited to launch a commission-based cold-calling agency here in the US. We’re looking for enthusiastic and skilled communicators who enjoy connecting with new people and can maintain a positive, upbeat attitude, even in the face of rejection. If you have a flair for conversation and a drive to succeed, we’d love to have you on our team. Let’s go over what the role involves and what we’re looking for.

Let’s first talk about the requirements:

Must be completely fluent in English (Prior phone experience will help you, undoubtedly)
Must have high-speed internet access (screenshots required showing over 20mbps)
PC or Laptop (No Chromebooks or tablets)
Windows 10 or 11 Operating System
Display capable of 1920×1080
Headset with microphone (Call and voice quality will be verified via Skype interview)
Quiet place to make calls (No dogs, chickens, traffic sounds or children/family members in the background)
(Note: If you are caring for small children during the assigned call times, this job may not be for you.)
Motivation and drive to want to do well every day
Willingness to undergo brief training and call critiques for improvement and increased success
Willingness to attend short daily or weekly meetings to recap, plan, and discuss

What I’d like to do is have you call Business to Business (B2B) to schedule customers for my clients (Industries may vary).

I will provide you with VPN access and an account on RingCentral as well as all the leads! All you have to do is call and track your leads on Google Sheets. Your leads will belong to you and only you, you will own them. No one else can call your leads, and no one ever has called before you got them, they’re completely new and fresh. There is also no limit on leads! I can find you as many leads as you can call.

Here are the hours and job outlook:

9 AM EST – 12 PM EST – 100 Calls
Converted: 10 PM PHT – 1 AM PHT (the following day)
LUNCH from 1am PHT – 2am PHT
1 PM EST – 4 PM EST – 100 Calls
Converted: 2 AM PHT – 5 AM PHT (the following day)

So the hours are basically 10pm-1am and 2am-5am, if you want to skip lunch that’s up to you. You can call more or less depending on your own preferences and availability, but I would like to see 200 calls a day so we can measure our metrics properly and make sure our goals are appropriate. You will not be leaving voicemails, so the calls go much faster than typical cold calling. The script is very simple and basic, no long explanations or pitches to memorize.

The goal is to hit 200 calls per day, with a 0.5% Sell Through Rate, meaning just one sale a day.

The commission is 9% of each sale.

In the industry we have currently set up, the sale amount can range from $300 up to $6,000 or more. Some of those sales will be monthly customers, and you’ll receive a monthly commission for those sales as long as our clients are serving them. We’ve used $800 as an average sale for our potential income outlook, and we are estimating that for every 5 sales, 2 will be monthly customers and 3 will be one-time jobs. Here’s what that looks like:

MONTH 1
Week 1: 1,000 Calls, 5 Sales ($4,000 Sales Revenue)
$4,000 @ 9% Commission Rate = $360 (or about $12/hr if 30hrs worked)
2 Sales are monthly customers so $144 will carry over to Week 5, 9, 13, and so on.
Week 2: $360
Week 3: $360
Week 4: $360

MONTH 2
Week 5: $360 + $144 (from last months sales that continued service) = $504 ($16.80/hr)
Week 6: $504
Week 7: $504
Week 8: $504

MONTH 3
Week 9: $360 + $144 + $144 (from the new monthly sales in week 5) = $648 ($21.60/hr)
Week 10: $648
Week 11: $648
Week 12: $648

MONTH 4
Week 13: $360 + $144 + $144 + $144 = $792 ($26.40/hr)

We are looking to hire 10 qualified candidates.

I will be paid by the clients via my invoice, and I pay out via PayPal, it’s the only method of payment I choose to use. Once the client gets paid from their customer, they pay me the commissions, then I send you your money.

All training and team meetings will be done via Skype, as well as the initial interview.
