Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to bring on new clients for our GoHighLevel (GHL) AI chat and other features as paying monthly clients. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and driving monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients who would benefit from GHL’s AI chat and other features.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert leads into paying clients.
Conduct outreach activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement, to generate interest and secure meetings with prospects.
Sales and Conversion:
Present and demonstrate the value of GHL’s AI chat and features to potential clients.
Address client inquiries and objections effectively to close sales.
Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with new clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Gather feedback from clients to improve services and offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) platform and its AI chat features is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
