Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with experience in medical clinic operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Manage incoming leads generated through paid advertising on various platforms. This includes promptly responding to inquiries, qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria, and assigning priority to each lead for follow-up.

Appointment Booking: Efficiently book appointments for potential patients via our online appointment system. Guide patients through the scheduling process, ensuring they understand the available services and are comfortable with the appointment details.

CRM Utilization: Utilize our CRM system to track leads, manage communication, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Update lead statuses, document all communication with leads, and ensure that lead data is kept current and organized.

Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to follow up with leads, answer inquiries, and provide information about our services. Tailor communication to the specific needs and interests of each lead, addressing any concerns they may have and highlighting the benefits of choosing our clinic.

Patient Communication: Communicate with potential patients in a professional and empathetic manner, building rapport and trust throughout the sales process. Educate patients about our clinic’s services, treatment options, and any necessary pre-appointment instructions.

Prospecting: Actively prospect for new leads through various channels, including but not limited to online advertising, social media platforms, and community events. Identify potential opportunities for outreach and engagement to expand our patient base.

Converting Marketing Leads: Develop strategies to convert marketing leads into sales-qualified leads through targeted follow-up and relationship building. Analyze lead behavior and engagement metrics to identify patterns and optimize conversion rates.

Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing campaigns to maintain engagement with leads who are not yet ready to schedule appointments. Provide ongoing support and information to keep leads interested and informed about our clinic’s services.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including medical staff and administrative personnel, to ensure a seamless patient experience. Coordinate with the clinical team to address patient needs and concerns, and collaborate with marketing colleagues to align sales efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead status, appointment bookings, and conversion rates for management review. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales performance and optimize lead management processes.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a healthcare or medical clinic setting.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinic operations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems and online appointment booking platforms.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Sales Aptitude: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
