Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to prospect and generate leads. Research potential clients, identify decision-makers, and create a robust pipeline of potential subscribers.
Outreach and Communication: Engage with leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms. Tailor messages to address specific client needs and demonstrate how our Real Estate Virtual Assistants can add value to their business.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Real Estate Virtual Assistant services, features, and benefits. Articulate this knowledge effectively during conversations with potential clients.
Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain relationships with prospects to cultivate trust and credibility. Follow up on inquiries, arrange meetings, and guide potential clients through the subscription process.
Sales Conversion: Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into subscribed clients. Close deals efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and refine our sales strategies.
Requirements:
Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or similar roles, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present our services and engage with potential clients.
Persistence and Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while persistently pursuing leads to achieve sales goals.
Result-Driven: Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets. Demonstrates a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, sales tools, and various communication platforms.
Real Estate Knowledge: A basic understanding of the real estate industry, its challenges, and opportunities will be advantageous.
