Job Overview:

Join us as a dynamic Client and Team Success Coordinator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our company by supporting our CEO, Madeleine Wyke Silva. Your responsibilities will span administrative, client relations, and team support functions, making you an integral part of our growth and success.

You will excel in this role by employing outstanding communication skills, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a deep understanding of our content delivery and client policies. Your ability to handle these elements with grace and efficiency is crucial.

This role is perfect for individuals passionate about people interaction, possessing a keen eye for detail, and eager to contribute to a thriving company’s long-term vision.

What You Bring to the Table:
– Proven ability to manage client expectations with exceptional communication skills.
– A minimum of 3 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
– Capability to handle client care support promptly within a 24-hour window (9AM CST to 5PM CST).
– Proficiency in creating and implementing Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs).
– Tech-savviness with tools like Skool, Slack, Zoom, Showit, ClickUp, Notion, Active Campaign, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

As Needed:
– Client onboarding and offboarding.
– Sending client gifts and celebrating birthdays.
– Managing the company website
– Oversea the Wise Women Referral Network platform.
– Administrative and technical support tasks.

Daily:
– Handling client communications and session recordings.
– Managing the CEO’s schedule, social media, and various administrative tools.

Weekly:
– Overseeing podcast publication and marketing activities.
– Participating in and managing recordings of Community Calls and Masterclasses.
– Collaborating with marketing team, preparing and posting all content.

Monthly:
– Building and maintaining client relationships.
– Reviewing and updating team SOPs.
– Coordinating with the CEO and team on availability and scheduling.

Position Requirements:
– Full-time availability (40 hours per week) in CST, also open to starting as Part-time and growing into a Full-time role
– Reliable high-speed internet with a backup.
– Personal computer.
– Availability for meetings in US CST time zone as required.
– Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Compensation and Benefits:

– Hourly rate: $7-$9 USD, based on experience.
– After 6 months: 10 paid vacation days annually and a health insurance stipend.
