Client Care and Outreach Specialist

WHAT:
We are looking for great communicators with excellent language skills and people orientation. A Client Care and Outreach Specialist is in charge of coordinating deliverables and addressing internal and external inquiries to ensure that projects are moved to completion. They facilitate internal and external communications, assign tasks for efficient content delivery, and support with creating guides and standard operating procedures to improve organizational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROJECT DELIVERY TASKS:
• Work with the editing team to request revisions to photos and video as needed
• Upload digital products to listings in “Aryeo” (photos, video, floor plans, 3D tours)
• Ensure all measurements are accurate and are not mislabeled.
• Accurately invoice clients for services provided
• Revise floor plans or submit fix requests as needed via iGuide Portal and Aryeo
• Deliver digital assets within the expected delivery time frame

CLIENT CARE TASK:
• Customer care calls, ensuring client satisfaction, and taking steps to resolve any deficiencies.
• Requesting referrals or reviews
• Identify opportunities to provide value added services (i.e. virtual staging)
• Assist clients with troubleshooting access issues to their digital products
• Assist with scheduling and booking new projects

PROSPECTING TASK:
• Follow, and comment on prospective and current client’s social media channels such as Instagram
• Welcome all new clients in DM’s (realtors, contractors, stagers etc.)
• Contacting prospects to introduce Rooted Elements Media and determine compatibility for potential partnership
• Track contacts made with prospects/clients and enter accurate notes into CRM for follow up

• Can work with less supervision
