FULL TIME, EXCLUSIVE WORK OPPORTUNITY!!!! Must be willing to work with us exclusively.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Use Sales Pipeline Tools – research, tracking & following up with leads, ensuring they have a stellar experience every step of the way.
Use Social Media Pipeline Tools – have DM conversations and mine leads using software designed for social media conversations
Answer In-bound Sales Calls – Review offers and services with potential clients set appointments for the sales team.
OUTREACH & Follow up with speaking engagements, leads, events, podcasts, etc. You will be in charge of appointment setting and following up with leads.
RESEARCH- creating and adding to list of leads, ensuring list has right type of leads, ensuring all contact info is accurate, etc
Project Management **excellent organization & project management skills is a MUST** ability in prioritizing tasks & projects
Calendar Management- create, manage client scheduling systems, prioritizing appointments and working directly with customers and other partners & team members as necessary

Email Management- reviews and answers email and other inquiries and determines when executive action is required.
Meeting & Presentation Prep: allocating appropriate time slots, ensuring awareness/preparation, and following up on staff actions
Ability to handle confidential information- recognizes and effectively handle proprietary information on a routine basis. Interfaces with various levels of management and customers. Directs inquiries and problems to staff members for response and resolution as necessary.
Filing & Organization Systems- establishes, develops, maintains and updates the filing system for the executive team. Retrieves information from files when needed. Organizing Intellectual property, electronic files, financial docs, etc

High level of professionalism, grace and business etiquette. Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of information, discretion is a MUST

Quick learner & flexibility- ability to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once and handle client and potential client needs
