Client Care for Real Estate Sales

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Client Care Specialist to join our team. We need someone with proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, coupled with a deep understanding of Transaction Coordination in the Real Estate industry.

Your job will be to Care for our Clients through excessive communication and exceeding their expectations. You must be comfortable taking charge and owning the client experience.

Job Responsibilities:

– Engage in daily communication with our valued clients.
– Take charge of all aspects of Buyer and Seller Transactions, guiding them from the initial preparation of agreements to the seamless execution of purchase agreements right through to closing.
– Oversee the performances and transactions of clients, agents, Title officers, and Lenders.
– Ensure all necessary documentation is promptly submitted to the office broker for file compliance.
– Keep a steady flow of communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, and more.
– Skillfully coordinate moving/possession schedules.
– Expertly schedule and coordinate the closing process.
– Enter all essential client information into our database systems – Skyslope, Dotloop, and GHL.
– Enter information into the local Bright MLS
