Your role as Client Care Specialist is relatively a Support Role who specializes more on the following:
-Works cross-functionally to ensure client issues are resolved promptly. This requires that Client Care works with every internal team cross-functionally.
-Fully understand the 1-800Accountant platform, its functionality, and best practices.
Identity and resolve client support issues.
-Assist clients in navigating our 1-800Accountant website.
-Help gather outstanding documentation and inputs from clients.
-Meet and exceed established Client Care metrics and KPIs.
-Handle escalated issues; dig in to understand and synthesize the challenge and communicate with internal teams to support an efficient resolution.
-Offer solutions to pain points related to usage and find opportunities for the company to improve our processes and tools.
What days/hours will I work?
• Monday – Friday
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST, and or Shifting Schedule
Full-time job
(Note : this may vary depending on the need of the Team )
How will I be paid?
• Paid weekly via Wise direct to your BANK
• $3.75 USD Per Hour plus a Very Promising Incentive Bonus
Requirements for the Job :
-must be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
-Ability to analyze information and make sound recommendations
-Ability to adjust to changing priorities
-Must demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy and be able to work with a variety of personalities
-Ability to communicate with others in a concise, productive and professional manner – both verbally and in writing
-Demonstrated ability dealing with escalated customer issues
-Strong information-gathering and troubleshooting skills
-Proficient with Microsoft, Excel and Google Suite
-Tech-savvy
-Website debugging experience preferred
– have at least 3 or more years experience in BPO (Telco Account)
– have Outstanding Work Ethics
– excellent English both Oral & Written
– have Smooth English Dialect (No local Accent can be detected)
– quick thinker with spontaneity conversing in English Language
– have a designated work space free from noise, computer with updated version & capacity , good quality of noise cancelling headset
– Internet Speed should be at least 25 mbps both for upload & download.
– can work under supervision and Tracker
