We deliver our products online through membership websites and through live events that we stream throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.

We’re a tight, energetic team. We’re full of energy and we love getting the job done FAST so we need a very special human to join our team.

We need a full-time Client Care specialist to join our team on a rotating night shift roster to help us care for our new clients and general delivery support work.

What You’ll Do…

===Key Responsibilities===
• Actively handle a high volume of outbound care and booking calls for coaches, emails, social media page/group conversations, and requests
• Proactively initiate follow-up calls
• Effectively liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customers’ needs are met in a timely and professional manner
• Deal with customer issues, investigate issues, and resolve them in a prompt manner
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve and deliver solutions
• Support Live Events and Training
• Proactively work to and exceed individual KPI targets

===Skills and Experience===
• Must have Customer Service and night shift experience
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving skill
• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Faster learner who can pick up new ideas, conduct proofs of concept/value and propose a path forward
• Can juggle and gain agreement on the diverse needs and priorities of business stakeholders
• A true team player who can work well independently

** Desktop PC requirements:
– 1Ghz-2Ghz processor
– 6GB of RAM
– Virus and spyware protection software and a working firewall.
– Software programs that may be required include Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word and Excel), and/or Adobe Acrobat reader.
– Preferably Fiber internet connection- a reliable and fast internet connection is important.
– You have at least 10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth for each person working from home.
– Good Audio
