Ashley’s Visions & Productions is a premier wedding planning firm based in Houston, TX, specializing in luxury and destination weddings. We are dedicated to providing personalized, memorable experiences for each client, ensuring every detail of their special day becomes a cherished memory.

### Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Client Concierge & Administrative Assistant to enhance our client service experience and support our day-to-day operations. This role requires a highly organized, responsive individual who can manage multiple client interactions and administrative tasks within a 24 to 48-hour response window.

### Responsibilities:
– Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring all inquiries are responded to within 24-48 hours.
– Efficiently manage scheduling and communications using Google Calendar and Calendly.
– Maintain client records and manage project timelines using Aisle Planner and Timeline Genius.
– Create marketing materials and manage social media posts using Canva, Instagram, and Tailwind.
– Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations using tools like Wix for website updates and Airtable for data organization.

### Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient with Mac computers and software applications including Canva, Wix, Timeline Genius, Aisle Planner, Instagram, Tailwind, Google Calendar/G Suite, Calendly, and Airtable.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
– Experience in customer service or hospitality is highly preferred.
