Our Head office is in Melbourne, and we have offices in Sydney and Brisbane. Flexible and remote working environments are available.

Client Communication:
• Serve as the main point of contact for all clients, maintaining regular and proactive communication.
• Schedule and conduct meetings or calls to understand client requirements, gather project scope, and discuss progress.
• Actively listen to client needs, provide guidance, and offer solutions to meet their goals and objectives.
• Effectively communicate project timelines, deliverables, and any potential issues or delays.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients throughout the website development process or when implementing changes to existing websites.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring excellent customer service.

Account Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team or project managers to identify new opportunities for website development or updates within existing client accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams (SEO, graphic design, development) to coordinate project requirements and ensure smooth execution.

Website Development and Maintenance:
• Utilize WordPress development skills to implement website changes or build new websites according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to incorporate visual elements and branding into the website design.
• Coordinate with the SEO team to implement on-page optimization and ensure best practices for search engine visibility.
• Make necessary updates and modifications to websites based on client requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and performance of websites.

Excellent Communication and Coordination:
• Clearly and effectively communicate project scope, timelines, and expectations to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the SEO team to ensure website content aligns with optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure the visual elements are consistent with client branding and requirements.
• Provide clear and concise documentation of client requests and project specifications for the development team.
• Actively participate in team meetings, providing insights and suggestions to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
