Bollywood Touch is a one-stop shop for south Asian entertainment. We offer a range of classes and performances. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team and help us grow our client base while ensuring excellent customer service.
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and personable Client Relations Specialist to manage our interactions with clients. This role involves a mix of customer service, content creation, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, tech-savvy, and have a knack for social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Phone Communication: Speak with clients over the phone to answer questions, provide information about our classes and events, and assist with bookings.
Social Media Management: Create engaging content for Instagram and Facebook. Post regularly to maintain an active online presence.
Facebook Ads: Run and manage Facebook ad campaigns to attract new clients and promote our services.
Email Correspondence: Handle all email communications with clients, including inquiries, follow-ups, and promotional messages.
Client Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
CRM Management: Input client information into our CRM tool, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for business purposes.
Experience in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
Previous experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
Passion for dance and the arts is a plus!
