Client Developer (Direct Placement Agency)

Position Overview: We are a USA-based Recruiting Agency with 13 years of experience in recruiting. We are looking for a Client Developer to join our team to help identify and contact companies that are seeking professionals and fill their needs with candidates. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to build a career in recruiting, with proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate and client relationships.
Responsibilities:

• Client Business Development: Identify companies online through job posts, contact them by cold calling, and gain signed agreements to begin working on sourcing candidates for the company.
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of client business development experience, including identifying new clients, negotiating pricing, sending and receiving service agreements, and opening jobs.
• Proven track record of success and a competitive, self-motivated personality.
• Strong desire to build a career in recruiting, with proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate and client relationships.
• Ideally will have candidate experience in addition to client development.
• Hours will be 10pm – 7am Manila time due to the time difference with the USA.

Compensation:
• Base compensation of 50,000 PHP/month, with additional commission opportunities.
• Commissions of 5% of billed revenue. If you do both candidate and client side, you would receive the full 10% billed revenue.
• Monthly sales commissions based on performance averages:
• Below average: 54,480 PHP
• Average: 121,813 PHP
• Above average: 194,913 PHP
• High performers: 428,833 PHP
• Top 5%: 682,286 PHP
