As a Client Engagement & Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind providing an exceptional client experience, from the moment of inquiry to delivering the final product.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Quickly connect with families who book online to excite and engage them about their upcoming session. Answer any queries and provide details about how the shoot will proceed.
2. Booking & Deposit Collection: Efficiently handle the booking procedure, ensuring the collection of necessary deposits.
3. Lead Conversion: Reach out to leads, enticing them to book a photoshoot based on their inquiries.
4. Sales & Up-selling: Conduct special viewing appointments post photoshoot sessions, present the photos to clients, and promote the sale of digital files or bespoke artwork for their homes.
Qualifications:
1. Perfect spoken and written English.
2. Proven experience in sales and customer service roles.
3. Familiarity with phone-based customer engagement.
4. Knowledge of systems/processes in a sales environment.
