GrowFactor is a unique, award-winning, Chartered Accounting firm in the UK who are looking for a qualified CPA Accountant to work remotely, providing accounting services to it’s clients.

The firm has based it’s offshore team in the Philippines for the last 5 years and are looking to expand the team. Now offering you the opportunity to work from home or a remote office under direct supervision of the UK team. Save time by not having to commute to a city office.

As the Client Excellence Coordinator (CEC) you will act as the link between the clients and the accounting team to ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork have been submitted and act as the liaison for the accounting team.

You must have the energy and passion to help further your knowledge and help business owners in the UK and will be communicating directly with UK clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed to the deadlines, that clients have submitted their information and you will proactively communicate with clients and the team to offer status updates. You will also work on internal projects with the COO and the senior UK team who will need your help gathering information, creating spreadsheets and reviewing workflow

Time allocation: 50% client communication, 50% internal planning and business development

You will have excellent attention to detail, be willing to learn new skills quickly and be ready to collaborate on all tasks.

You are not working alone either, you will get all the training required and will be supported by the current Philippines team as well as the senior UK team.

Key activities:

Having worked with UK companies is preferred, but not required

Good English communication skills (verbal and written)

Must be able/willing to communicate with clients via email or call

Knowledgeable with the use of MS office programs

Must be amenable to working UK hours
