Primary Responsibilities

Facilitate Communication: Serve as the principal liaison between various parties, to ensure that our customer journey is seamless, and all touchpoints are met.

Maintain Accountability: Monitor deadlines, ensuring the team adhere to them.

Administration Duties: Scheduling listing and viewing appointments. Organize and update CRM and One Drive folders, maintaining structure. You will also be responsible for Preparing real estate forms and documents as required by the team to improve our systems and processes.

Manage Client Database: Lead Generation calls to our database and new customers, managing the storing of the leads through KW Nurture and preparing reports on productivity.

Increase Productivity: Keep the right information organised and flowing. You will be increasing efficiency by controlling the flow of information vital to all team members.

Improve collaboration across organizational levels and departments.

Provide solutions; as a key strategy thought partner, you will be proactively offering ways to make day-to-day improvements throughout the organization that will streamline the process of sales and lettings.

Support Growth; you will bring new leads to the business while helping our team manage our existing leads through organisation and strategic targeting to maximise opportunities and revenue.
