We need a meticulous individual with a Type-A personality to:
– Streamline operations
– Accelerate growth
– Craft VIP experiences
– Automate key systems
– Transform ideas into action

You’ll become the linchpin in our quest for operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Client Engagement Responsibilities:
– Optimize communication by managing emails and follow-up correspondence.
– Manage online community engagement to ensure a positive experience.
– Coordinate leadership development training sessions.
– Create VIP experiences for our clients and online community.

Marketing Support Responsibilities:
– Build/edit sales funnels and workflow automation in GoHighLevel (GHL).
– Schedule weekly YouTube and blog posts to our distribution list and add them to our website.
– Manage digital marketing campaigns, proofreading, and copywriting (as appropriate).
– Create social images and lead magnets.
– Automate processes to nurture leads, onboard clients, and drive added value to clients.

Project Management Responsibilities:
– Create, update, and organize repeatable playbooks to drive scale.
– Coordinate yearly leadership event.
– Manage strategic projects (website refresh, next book, etc.)
– Enhance team productivity and accountability via effective software tools.

– Technical proficiency in GoHighLevel, Zapier, Twillo, WordPress, Canva, Google, Spotify for Podcasters (Riverside), YouTube, GoDaddy, ClickUp
