Summary:
As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional 7-star experience to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include promptly responding to inquiries via our website, email, calls, and texts, as well as assisting the team in scheduling and project coordination. Your proactive approach, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile will ensure that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels, including website, email, calls, and texts.
– Assist the team in scheduling appointments and coordinating projects to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
– Proactively follow up with clients to provide guidance, walk them through processes, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
– Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all client interactions, striving to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
– Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
– Be willing to engage in personalized interactions with clients, such as conducting Google Meet calls to assist with account setup or providing additional support as needed.
