Your day will consist of providing exceptional experiences when servicing customer’s requests as they relate to helping with billing, policy changes, and answering policy-related questions through phone, email, and chat. As our customer’s lives change, so should their insurance.
Ultimately, you will help build and maintain our reputation as a company that offers top-notch client experiences during the insurance process.

**What you’ll do…
-Efficiently service current clients once they have been on boarded by the Sales Team
-Field inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding customer service requests
-Educate our clients on the details of their policies
-Effectively communicate the impact that policy changes or additions can have to an insured’s policy
-Leverage technology to meets our client’s evolving needs
-Work through customer service requests with quality and speed
-Build rapport to ensure that all clients are receiving the reputable G&G exceptional experience
-Work effectively in a collaborative team environment

**Qualifications:
-Excellent English communication skills: written, verbal, and comprehension
-Insurance experience is not required, we will provide extensive training so you become an insurance expert!
-3 to 5 years of call center work experience
-Ability to multitask, strong computer, analytical, decision making, time management, and organizational skills
-Has good initiative and brings innovative ideas to help the company in achieving its goals
-Values integrity and dependability – this position requires full-time commitment and does not permit employees to have another job or engage in freelance work while employed. If you are unable to dedicate your full-time attention to this position, please do not apply
