Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Feedback Interviewer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct in-depth interviews with families who have canceled our service to gather valuable feedback and insights. The goal is to understand the reasons behind cancellations, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to enhancing our services and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Feedback Interviews:

Reach out to families who have recently canceled our service and schedule feedback interviews.
Conduct interviews with empathy and active listening to create a safe and open environment for sharing insights.
Use a structured interview process to gather detailed feedback on the reasons for cancellation, pain points, and areas for improvement.

Data Collection and Analysis:
Compile and organize feedback data from interviews.
Analyze interview responses to identify common themes, trends, and patterns.
Create comprehensive reports summarizing feedback findings.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, product development, and marketing, to share feedback insights and contribute to improvement initiatives.

Customer Relations:
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when interacting with canceled customers to leave a positive impression.
Address any concerns or issues raised during interviews and ensure they are appropriately addressed by the relevant teams.

Process Improvement:
Continuously assess and refine the feedback interview process to make it more effective and efficient.
Propose and implement improvements in feedback collection and reporting tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, psychology, communication) is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong active listening and empathy skills.
Ability to remain composed and professional in emotionally charged conversations.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
Previous experience in customer feedback collection or customer service is a plus.
