As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Financial Operations Specialist to manage and track client subscriptions and payment data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Stripe, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

This role is absolutely crucial to ensuring smooth financial operations, maintaining positive client relationships, and supporting administrative and automation tasks.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and track all client subscriptions and payment data using Stripe.
– Review and process finance forms for client requests (pausing, canceling, etc.).
– Communicate effectively with clients regarding their financial statuses, missed payments, and disputes.
– Ensure accurate and timely updates to client payment schedules and statuses.
– Maintain detailed records of contract expiration dates, payment amounts, start dates, and payment frequencies.
– Provide weekly summaries of payments and financial status.
– Track and report on coach commission based on client resigns.
– Handle payment disputes and update payments as needed.
– Ensure clients are informed about payment statuses and changes via email.
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
– Implement and manage automation processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications I am looking for:

– Strong understanding and experience with Stripe is needed.
– Excellent communication skills.
– High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– Experience in financial operations, client account management, administrative assistance, or automation processes is a plus.
– Innovative mindset and ability to bring new ideas to improve our processes.

Compensation and Growth:

Starting pay: $250-$350 USD per month for 20 hours of work per week during the probationary period, with potential increases based on performance.

This role has the potential to expand to full-time quickly, due to the possible additional responsibilities as an overall assistant for the company as we grow.
