What we’re looking for: We need a new Client Growth Executive! This is a remote (work from home) position.

The Client Growth Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold outreach and lead qualification. The primary responsibilities include:
• Conducting targeted research to identify potential prospects that fit our ideal client profile
Initiating contact through cold calls, emails, and social media to grab attention and book meetings
• Qualifying prospects by understanding their pain points, needs, and business goals
• Setting up meetings with qualified prospects for our sales team to further the conversation

This is a critical role that fuels our sales pipeline. We need a tenacious hunter who can open new doors and book meetings with decision-makers at prospective clients.

Salary & growth opportunities
Client Growth Executive starts at $750/mo base plus a generous commission earned bonus structure
Proven ability to consistently book qualified meetings will lead to increased commission rates
Top performers will be first in line for promotion to Sales roles

The ideal candidate
Prior successful experience in B2B cold outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting
Skilled at quickly building rapport and trust with prospects over the phone and email
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Persistent and tenacious, with the drive to continuously open new opportunities
• Confident self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of digital marketing, web design, and business growth strategies is required
