We seek a Client Onboarding and Systems Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth onboarding and off-boarding process for employees and clients within our information systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to enhance users’ proficiency and will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
– Facilitate employee and client onboarding and off-boarding processes within our information systems.
– Conduct training sessions for employees and clients to ensure effective use of our systems and software.
– Provide ongoing support by troubleshooting and resolving information system issues for employees and clients.
– Assist with sales calls to understand client needs and contribute to the sales process.
– Serve as a liaison between clients and the implementation team, ensuring clear communication and successful system integration.
– Address and assist clients with support-related issues, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
– Implement and connect new software solutions, including sign-up, configuration, and integration with other applications using tools like Zapier.
– Develop and manage workflows between applications to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
– Oversee marketing service sign-up and flow, including WordPress connections for testimonials.
– Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes, including lead generation and onboarding documentation for employees and clients.
– Assess cybersecurity risks and recommend solutions to safeguard company and client data.
– Build and maintain a chatbot through Zapier to optimize customer service and reduce operational costs.
– Set up and deploy cold email campaigns, including domain configuration, DKIM setup, and email warming to ensure deliverability.
– Implement AI tools such as Sales Closer AI and to enhance sales processes and customer engagement.
– Configure and manage AI-powered mailboxes with artisan to ensure they are warmed up and functioning effectively.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in onboarding, training, and support within information systems.
– Strong understanding of software integration tools like Zapier and WordPress.
– Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk assessment.
– Experience with AI implementation and email marketing strategies.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to create clear and concise SOPs.
