Assist the business owners with onboarding clients in the post sales phase, actively ensuring that all steps in a process are completed.
We are in search of a highly proactive and organized Client Onboarding specialist to provide exceptional post-sales services to clients and support to our team.
We are seeking candidates who have proven client onboarding experience in a busy multi-client environment, an ability to coordinate the planning of multiple events at the same, as well as the capacity to hit the ground running
This is a full-time ‘work from home’ role, Monday to Friday.
As a Client onboarding specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the end to end onboarding of clients and the relevant internal company processes that go with this. This will involve a variety of coordination and administrative tasks relating to software customisation and event logistics, ensuring our product is delivered seamlessly at corporate events, and executed to meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Run the post sales interaction with clients, ensuring each activation is prepared for success. This will include internal liaison with developers, sales team and graphic designers, as well as external liaison with suppliers and venues, often at multiple locations across Australia and internationally.
You work to deadlines, prioritise well under pressure, and demonstrate concern for work quality and standards.
Qualifications & Experiences
At least 12 months Demonstrated experience in post-sale remote service delivery through exceptional organisation and project management of tasks.
A proactive mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects to completion.
Basic Project Management software experience (such as Trello, Asana, Slack or similar).
– Develop and maintain comprehensive event schedules to track the status of delivery of the service to clients.
– Handle all necessary event and logistics permissions and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
– Collect feedback post-event for continuous improvement.
– Conduct outbound marketing activities during periods of low workload.
– Proactively make suggestions for process and system improvements to improve business efficiency.
