Overview

Flare Digital AI, a pioneering digital advertising agency that specializes in serving dental practices across the United States, is seeking a versatile and skilled Client Onboarding Specialist, Email Marketing Specialist, and Video Editing Specialist to join our remote team. You will be responsible for helping our client success manager onboard new clients onto various tools such as GoHighLevel, managing email marketing campaigns, and creating engaging video content. This part-time, contract position offers the unique opportunity to evolve into a full-time role within the first 1-3 months, perfect for a driven individual keen on growing with a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Specialist at Flare Digital AI, you will:

Client Onboarding:

– Lead client onboarding processes, managing projects on ClickUp from sales handoff to live launch of services.
– Utilize GoHighLevel and integrate various tools such as CallTools, Stripe, and to ensure smooth client onboarding.
– Assist clients in setting up and accessing their accounts on platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and others.
– Create detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures, with screenshots and video tutorials.

Video Editing:

– Design and produce high-quality video ads, training videos, and other multimedia content.
– Utilize strong video editing skills to create engaging and effective video content that aligns with client and company objectives.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all video content.

Ideal Candidate

– Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and team members.
– Is highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
– Possesses strong attention to detail.
– Shows a strong aptitude for problem-solving and has a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
– Possesses experience in client onboarding, and video editing.
– Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a numbers-oriented mindset, crucial for evaluating campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
– Is tech-savvy and comfortable with configuring and using various digital marketing and CRM tools.
– Is comfortable working remotely and has the discipline to manage their time effectively in a part-time contract role, with the ambition to grow into a full-time position.

Compensation

$3/hour
10-20% Bonuses available
