Overview:
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our new clients. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the seamless setup of client accounts through the onboarding process. This role demands a combination of exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of critical thinking. You should
be someone who is quick in making decisions and has the ability to self-manage, often working independently to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Ideally, we’re seeking someone with higher expertise who can guide and mentor others while leading by example.

Onboarding Process:
? Facilitate the account setup process for new clients.
? Ensure a smooth transition for clients through the onboarding journey.
? Provide guidance and support to clients during the onboarding phase.
? Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials and guides to assist clients
throughout the process.
? Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline the current
onboarding process and ensure consistency.
? Monitor and track the progress of each client through the onboarding process, ensuring
timely completion of all steps.
? Tailor onboarding plans to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client,
ensuring a personalized experience.
? Quickly identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise during the onboarding
process to maintain client satisfaction.
? Keep clients informed of their onboarding status and any relevant updates or next steps.
Client Communication:
? Communicate effectively with clients to gather any missing information crucial for
account setup.
? Maintain clear and proactive communication to address client queries and concerns.
? Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance overall satisfaction.
Other Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Testing:
? Assist in daily and weekly quality assurance testing procedures.
? Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in the platform.

Support Ticket Response:
? Collaborate with the support team to address and resolve client issues raised through
support tickets.
? Provide timely and accurate information to clients, ensuring a high level of customer
satisfaction.

Cartography Research:
? Assist in Cartography Research tasks as assigned.
? Review and approve Cartography Research submissions, ensuring accuracy and
completeness.

Beacon Placement:
? Conduct research and assist in Beacon placement tasks.
? Review and validate Beacon placement submissions.
? Map Pinning and Placement:
? Assist in Map pinning activities.
? Conduct research and review Map placement submissions.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
? Proven experience in client onboarding or a related role.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
? Familiarity with quality assurance processes and support ticket systems is a plus.
