Our app integrates seamlessly with essential Shopify apps (Gorgias, Klaviyo, Zendesk, Yotpo, etc.).
About the Position:
As the Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for providing specialized onboarding support to our VIP clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience as they integrate our app into their Shopify stores. You will serve as a point of contact for VIP clients, delivering strategic guidance to maximize their success with our app.
Responsibilities:
• Offer expert video sessions for VIP clients to assist them in configuring and maximizing the use of the app to best serve their business objectives.
• Advocate for VIP clients’ needs within the organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading – MUST
• Experience with the Shopify environment – MUST
• Experience in a customer-facing role or customer success capacity – MUST
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with VIP clients
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Work Schedule:
• This is a full-time job in a permanent work-from-home setup. 8 hours per shift, 5 days a week.
