Our newest client, Elizabeth and Charles, have a software product that helps businesses increase sales and profits and they are looking for a virtual assistant to help with demonstration calls and administrative tasks. They want a virtual assistant who wants to grow with the company, so this is a wonderful opportunity.

– Work Eastern Time Zone
– Some type of business education. It doesn’t have to be an MBA, but must be someone interested in business and learning more about serving businesses.
– Eagerness to learn with a consistent, proactive “can-do” attitude.
– Excellent communication – you will be on video calls demonstrating the software program to potential clients, so you will need to love listening to people and teaching them how to improve their business. You will also need to communicate to clients and potential clients via email.
– Work ethic – this company is a startup and will require your full attention and desire to work hard during your hours. The owners have another successful company they built and will be amazing to learn from.
– Organized – your new bosses are very organized and expect you to be, as well.

Here are the key responsibilities:

1. General Administration and Coordination:
• Oversee and coordinate activities and schedules to drive our companies business growth.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with email management to execute daily tasks efficiently.
• Utilize Basecamp – simple project management online app.
• Ensure smooth operation and organization of business processes.

2. Client Onboarding:
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through the sign-up procedures and platform features.
• Create an informative and welcoming onboarding experience that highlights the platform’s capabilities.

3. Demo Facilitation:
• Plan and execute compelling demos for potential clients, showcasing the functionalities and benefits of using our software program.
• Tailor each demo to address the specific needs and interests of prospective clients.

4. Partner Community Coordination:
• Engage with our Partner Community, maintaining active involvement and fostering strong relationships.
• Coordinate the signing of new agreements and ensure ongoing engagement with existing partners.

5. Communications and Resource Distribution:
• Regularly provide updates, announcements, and resources to our user community.
• Ensure that all communications are clear, informative, and add value to the user experience.
