Job Description:
As a Client Outreach Specialist, you will play a critical role in our marketing and sales initiatives, engaging potential clients through proactive telephone communication. Your primary responsibility will involve reaching out to prospective clients from a targeted list to discuss their real estate needs and effectively communicating the benefits of our diverse residential, development, and commercial real estate services.
Responsibilities:
? Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential clients to understand their needs
and stimulate interest in our services.
? Clearly articulate the benefits of our real estate services and address any queries to help facilitate decision-making.
? Schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales representatives to discuss their needs further.
? Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of communications and interactions in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups.
? Regularly collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine outreach strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
? Engage in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and enhance product knowledge, with success measured by key metrics such as conversion rates and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
? 2+ years of experience in telemarketing, client outreach, or similar roles, ideally with an American clientele.
? Exceptional communication skills with fluency and confidence in English are required.
? Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage simultaneous projects efficiently.
? Resilience in handling rejections and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
? Familiarity with the real estate industry is preferred.
? Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or marketing is highly regarded.
