Client Project Manager

We have an exciting new role for a Client Project Manager who will be responsible for the management of our Sales Management service for each of our clients.

Salary:

We will pay successful applicants from $600 to $1,000 AUD per month based on experience, plus we include paid days for vacation and sick leave pay.
Responsibilities:

– You will communicate with our Client over Email or Slack or Teams to obtain update on their Sales Process

– You will create Reports in Google Sheets or Google Docs or Google Slides so we monitor the progress of our Clients Sales, and so we can see where they are working well, or where they are not working well and need our help to improve.

– You will also create visual Graphical Dashboards which may simply be coloured charts from Google Sheets, or use a simple reporting tool where our data can be placed and available live for ourselves and our Clients.

– You will also help with creating reports for ourselves and our Clients which may involve, creating and updating Sales Plans, creating and updating their Sales KPI’s, creating and updating the Sales Playbook (which is the Sales Methodology the client will be using)

– You will need Project Management skills to monitor the progress and steps within each day, week or month as each client progresses with our Sales Process

– That also means you may need to manage the Client Project, Profit and Loss statement and you may also need to manage any communications with their people or ours.

– You will also be responsible for arranging meetings between ourselves and our clients so that we keep the flow and communication going smoothly with the client.

– As you are communicating with our Clients, you must have excellent written English and be excellent with English Grammar and to not make typos or errors in anything you write.

– Sometimes we also hire Salespeople so you may be helping us with writing Job Desriptions, posting those online in Job Boards and you may also be shortlisting and helping us arrange interviews with candidates (applicants)

– A knowledge of the B2B Sales Process is ideal because you will need to understand how the client is doing their own sales and what stages they are at with each of their client

Company and Career:

This role is a multiple year long term contract so you can build a career and be part of our growing business for many years to come.

You will be an important part of the executive team, reporting to and working with the Founder. We also have several in our team that are also based in the Philippines so you will have the opportunity to be part of our cultural family.

Our business provides Sales Management to SMB’s, mostly B2B. We either act as the Part Time Director of Sales for our clients, or provide Sales Mentoring and Coaching to people that want to improve their Sales.

Qualifications:

– You will need to hold a Degree

– You will need to have had experience in Project Management

– You will need experience with Client Facing communication (have sent emails and scheduled client into meeting or gathered information from client)

– Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides is ideal but not mandatory
