Job Summary:
The Client Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing client relationships and their associated projects. This role involves coordinating with various team members to ensure project activities are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
– Understand client needs and requirements, ensuring they are effectively communicated and met.
Project Management:
– Plan, initiate, and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
– Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Team Coordination:
– Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
– Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and project timelines.
– Facilitate team meetings and communicate project status updates.
Status Reporting:
– Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
– Prepare and present detailed reports on project status to the CEO and other stakeholders.
– Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Risk Management:
– Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
– Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
– Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
– Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a client-facing environment.
– Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
– Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
– Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
