Department: Operations Department
Reports To: Client Relation Manager (CRM)

ROLE:
The Client Relation Officer will serve as the main point of contact between our media buying agency and our clients. They will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and finding ways to meet those needs within the scope of our agency’s services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Have an impeccable focus, patience, and passion for client relations.
-Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and goals.
-Communicating effectively with clients to ensure understanding of their needs and aligning agency services accordingly.
-Coordinating with the internal teams to ensure client needs are being met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
-Providing regular updates to clients on the status of their ad accounts and budgets.
-Developing open and effective channels of communication with each client.
-Coordinating internal projects and determining the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction.
-Encouraging revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase additional services.
-Becoming the reliable point of contact for each client to establish a strong business relationship.
-Handling all basic onboarding integration for the client to be fully integrated into our system.

-Perform any task assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
-Proven experience in a client service or account management role, preferably within a media buying agency.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Fluent English
-Strong understanding of client and market dynamics and requirements.
-Experience in managing and directing a team.
-Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other management tools.
-Demonstrated ability to grasp basic technical tasks using tools such as Triplewhale or Slack.
-Knowledge of project management tools such as Trello, Gsheet, ClickUp, and Asana is desirable.
-Proven track record in developing strong client relationships.
-Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
-Ability to work independently and within a team to reach common goals.
