Job Description:
As the Client Relations Coordinator, you are the cornerstone of our client experience. This role involves creating positive impressions, providing superior service to clients, and supporting our dynamic team. You will blend communication, organization, multitasking, and proactive client engagement in your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for our company, skillfully handling calls, chats, and social media interactions with US-based business owners.
Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule appointments, collaborating with marketing coaches and co-founders for optimal organization.
Inquiry Response: Accurately and helpfully respond to client and team queries.
Support Duties: Provide thorough support across phone, chat, email, and social media, ensuring client needs are promptly and effectively met.
Sales Engagement: Engage in consultative sales conversations, transforming inquiries into opportunities without aggressive selling.
Administrative Support: Undertake various administrative tasks (data entry, filing, document preparation) to ensure office efficiency.
Requirements:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in receptionist, customer service, or similar roles preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in office software and digital communication tools.
A friendly and positive demeanor with a client-focused mindset.
Work Hours:
