Position Overview:
As a Client Relations Manager, you will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the relationships between our company and clients. You will serve as clients’ primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met, issues are addressed promptly, and expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a strategic mindset to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
-Understand client’s needs and objectives and effectively communicate them to internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
-Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
-Handle client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to drive client success and address client needs effectively.
-Monitor client satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and continually implement strategies to improve the client experience.
-Prepare regular reports and presentations on client performance, satisfaction metrics, and revenue forecasts for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Proven experience in client relations or account management, preferably in [industry/sector].
