Then you might be our next Client Relations Representative!

ROLE:
Your role is to help drive new business revenue and have qualifying conversations with inbound leads so our enrollment advisors can bring on the maximum number of qualified will schedule calls from organic sources such as Facebook messenger, email follow up, and text responses to create new opportunities for our enrollment advisors. You will also reach out to prospective clients via phone calls to connect with prospects and bring in new opportunities. You will also help maintain a high level of retention of all clients by building 1 on 1 relationships. You will be responsible to clearly communicate expectations and clients’ next right thing, holding clients accountable & helping them stay focused. You will build strong relationships with all clients to truly understand their goals & challenges, & create an individualized plan of action for them. As a primary point of contact for clients, you’ll both initiate and respond to emails and phone calls, texts, and Telegram messages.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Perform 25-100 scheduled calls each week and qualify them to be a fit for our enrollment advisor
– Book 5-10 appointments each week with leads that did not come from paid advertising
– Attend daily huddles with sales team & manager to review calls and receive training
– Submit end of day reports and update personal projections, team tracking, and deal pipeline in CRM
– Confirm appointments on your calendar
– Be on time to every scheduled appointment and show up professionally with an understanding of our product and following our sales process
– Build strong relationships & maintain a high level of retention with clients
– Determine clients’ current challenges & help them find solutions through our program, including implementing our tools & software
– Follow up & nurture potential clients, past clients, & clients in our lower tier program that are a good fit for our Mastermind
– Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and Telegram messages promptly (goal is within 24 hours)
– Track customer interactions with detailed notes
– Identify potential red flags & share relevant feedback & problems with our executive team
– Know what clients are currently working on & ensure they have a future plan with us
– Ensure clients are engaged in the program, focused on their goals, their next right thing & they are kept accountable
– Review and respond to client check ins & WOMI scores
– Ensure clients are booked for the next live event, are attending coaching calls, are connecting with other clients, & are contributing & connecting to their tribe
– Help celebrate milestones & wins with clients, including sending them gifts and identifying clients who can speak at an event or teach other clients
– Make connections with clients & potential clients on our social media accounts

RESULTS (Expected Accomplishments):
– Take 25-50 scheduled calls each week
– Our enrollment advisors are being set with the right quality clients who are a fit for our service
– Create 5-10 new opportunities each week that did not come from paid advertising
– Our enrollment advisors are doing 10 new closings per month from the additional efforts to book appointments
– Monthly client retention is 97% or higher
– Red status clients are 20% or less
– Escalate as many clients as possible to Purple status
– All clients are engaged, excited & working on their goals
– You build a strong relationship with each client, understand their businesses, know what they are working on & their next right thing
– All clients feel supported & valued
– Gray status clients are proactively contacted to collect payment when the Client Success Assistant hasn’t been able to contact them

REQUIREMENTS:
– A computer with a webcam
– Excellent Internet
– Great phone & people skills; diplomatic and adept at conflict resolution
– Must love talking on the phone and connecting with people all day
– Able to figure out cloud-based tools quickly
– Excellent English (verbal and written)
