We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to assist us with various tasks related to risk assessment, data collection, and administrative support. Here’s a breakdown of the responsibilities and requirements for the role:
Responsibilities:
Risk Assessment Data Collection:
– Reviewing data from site audits and escalating issues to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) as needed.
– Maintaining registers for discussion at WHS meetings.
– Legislative Coordination:
– Coordinating updates from SafeWork, SLED, and ASIAL to ensure compliance.
Timesheets and Internal Communications:
– Managing timesheets and facilitating internal communications.
Compliance and Research:
– Ensuring subcontractor and security officer compliance.
– Conducting company research as needed.
Client Management and Marketing:
– Handling client onboarding and retention processes.
– Assisting with email marketing campaigns, including newsletters.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Compiling CEO Weekly Performance Reports with business KPIs.
– Administration tasks such as meeting minutes and presentations.
Diary and Document Management:
– Managing diaries for team members.
– Updating forms, policies, and procedures in SharePoint.
