Support: Provide clients with support and advice on financial matters, leveraging your knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.
Report Delivery: Ensure clients receive timely and accurate financial reports, explaining the details as necessary.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to help improve our services and client experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with our accountants and other team members to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the financial services industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making phone calls and conducting video calls.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Must be very relational and personable.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address client concerns effectively and efficiently.
Cultural Fit: US-based with a good understanding of cultural nuances to connect with clients and get their jokes.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software tools and platforms. Experience with financial software is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Why Join Us:

Work with a supportive and dynamic team.
Opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients’ financial well-being.
Flexible, remote work environment.
Competitive compensation.
How to Apply: If you are passionate about client relationships and have a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and a 2-minute video explaining why you are the perfect fit for this role.

The Tax Team is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We look forward to meeting you and exploring how you can contribute to our team!
