VA Role: Client Reservations/Customer Service (Client and Booking Operations)

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
1. Booking Operations:
– Oversee and manage the booking processes within the organization.
– Coordinating bookings.
– Liaising with clients and vendors.
– Ensuring the smooth execution of all bookings.
– Help improve the processes to become more efficient, and also write out SOPs.
– Provide general office support, including handling inquiries.

2. Outbound Email Marketing:
– Send emails for sales outreach.
– Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase sales.
– Analyze data to optimize campaign performance.
– Copywriting.

3. Administrative Assistance:
– Provide comprehensive support to the founder of the startup.
– Manage the founder’s schedule.
– Coordinate meetings and events.
– Handle correspondence.
– Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the startup.

GOOD TO HAVE:
– Interest in events, wellness, event planning, etc.

NON-NEGOTIABLES:
– Someone that can be online 4 hours/day.
– Someone who loves wellness and has an understanding for the company’s demographic (millennial women in the US) .
– Proficient english speaker.
– Proficient in atleast Honeybook or Airtable.
– Self-starter that can manage multiple projects.
– Someone that can think for themselves when it comes to managing bookings.
– Detail oriented.

INDUSTRY TOOLS:
– Slack, Airtable, Notion, Honeybook, Peek Pro, Paypal, Gmail, Instagram, Canva

Availability: 20 hours per week (8-12 CST or 12-4 PM CST)
