Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive assistant to join our team and provide valuable support to our client relationship manager and sales activities. As a virtual assistant, you will play a crucial role in streamlining operations, enhancing client satisfaction, and allowing our sales team to focus on their core responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in administrative tasks, which might include calendar management, email correspondence, and data entry.
Perform lead generation and research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
Support client communication by responding to routine enquiries and maintaining client databases.
Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
Nurture leads and schedule sales calls and meetings for the Australian team.
Assist in client onboarding, event planning, and documentation management.
Generate reports on client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar support role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in using productivity tools like Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets), CRM software, and project management tools.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with investor relations websites or web development is a plus.
A strong commitment to providing exceptional client support.

Skills and abilities:
Strong work ethic and patience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in communicating with clients via email
Comfortable with Zoom meetings and speaking to clients with an active webcam
Ability to break down technical situations to communicate with non-tech-savvy individuals
Effective time management, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn / Quick learning ability
Comfortable with the latest workplace technologies, e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Sheets
Willingness to contribute ideas and share opinions with the team
Understanding of website functionality and a background in web concepts
Basic knowledge of Xero and familiarity with SugarCRM is advantageous
Background in marketing, digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics and content creation
Knowledge of financial markets is a plus
