At Meadow Memorials ( ), we are a contemporary funeral home that makes it easier for grieving families in their time of need. Unlike a traditional funeral home, we are completely internet based and customers talk to us online and via the phone. We provide cremation services as well as memorial celebrations at amazing local venues. We thought this work would be depressing, but we’ve found it to be extremely heart warming to help someone in their time of need and make their lives a little bit easier. Confronted with the death of a loved one, many of our customers don’t know where to turn, and good funeral homes are hard to find. The founders of Meadow previously started Moxie, which proudly employs a team of more than 30 in the Philippines.
This is an operational Client Services role where you will speak with our customers (mourning families), and handle back office operational tasks needed to help move the cremation process along.
You will:
* Speak with customers and help to answer their questions
* Follow up with customers via text and email
* Coordinate with our crematory partners, transportation partners and other vendors via text, email and phone
* Use our CRM and other digital tools
* Take on other responsibilities over time
We’re looking for:
* Experience supporting a US-based team with both written work and calling, and experience in a sales-based role
* Willing to work one of two call shifts: a) 12AM Manila time to 8AM Manila time or b) 7 AM Manila time to 3PM Manila time
* Strong written and verbal English – you will be conducting phone calls
* You have a neutral English accent
* Have experience juggling multiple tasks at once and following process SOPs
