Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Client Service Representative for a position that involves client interaction and handling client inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as complete fluency in both English and Spanish. If you are dedicated to providing superior customer service and can work well in a fast-paced environment, we would like to meet you.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone or video to gather information and assist them in scheduling appointments.
• Determine the eligibility of potential clients based on jurisdiction and family law matter criteria.
• Input all relevant client data into SalesForce, scheduling consultation appointments in the most convenient office with the most suitable attorney.
• Collaborate with management and attorneys to answer potential client questions, ensuring the highest quality service.
• Respond to emails within 24 hours and phone messages within 1 hour.
• Participate in additional project work as required.

Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Spanish is a must.
• Ability to read, interpret and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work M-F: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST
• Fast internet connection
• Experience answering phones
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Enjoy interacting with both clients and potential clients
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
• Dual monitor is not required but preferred
