The Role
The Client Services Administrator will play a pivotal role in coordinating all aspects of client service, acquisition, and management and also coordinating the general administration of the business. This diverse position combines general administration duties, team support, and the opportunity to make a difference in helping others.
We’re seeking someone who thrives on independence, someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, and is genuinely passionate about providing exceptional support to clients and our team. Collaboration is key, so being a team player is essential.
The role offers flexibility, allowing for either full-time or part-time hours, providing a balanced and adaptable work-life dynamic.
In the role you will:
– Coordinate client delivery, managing timelines and acting as a key liaison between staff, clients, and stakeholders.
– Maintain and manage the project management system ()
– Handle communication channels, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and efficient resolution of inquiries.
– Assist in new client set-ups and preparing engagement letters.
– Maintain and manage the CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
– Foster positive relationships through both telephone and virtual interactions with clients and external parties.
– General administration duties, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
– Provide office and team support as required, contributing to a cohesive and efficient work environment.

– Experience with MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom, and a CRM system.
