Client Overview:
*Our clients are operations specialists who help businesses achieve the highest level of efficiency and speed. They’re looking for a superstar VA to help make sure everything runs smoothly in their company! As their VA, you will start with client services, ensuring that each client experience is seamless, professional, and exceeds expectations. Your role will evolve to encompass a broader range of tasks, increasing in hours as you take on more responsibilities.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 8 am – 4 pm Mountain Time (US)
*Must have social media experience
*Must have LinkedIn experience
*Must love processes!
*Project management experience is preferred but not necessary
*Must be passionate and want to work with other A-Players
*Excellent written communication skills
*Must be super organized with great attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.

*Various AI Tools

Responsibilities/Tasks

Client Services:
*Drafting and templating client-facing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and consistency
*Drafting and distributing surveys to gather client feedback
*Crafting flowcharts in Lucid to visualize processes and workflows
*Handling client communications, from scheduling meetings to issuing follow-up requests
*Clean up AI-generated meeting transcripts and create flowcharts and/or draft SOPs based on the notes (matching the specific clients voice and tone)
*Cleaning up Scribehow SOP’s
*Coordinating projects
*Sending out client reports and updating process maps post-client meetings
*Conducting peer reviews of documents or deliverables for clients

Administrative Support for the CEO:
*Engaging in LinkedIn Pods
*Managing LinkedIn Connections, building lists, and sending reachouts
*Conducting sales research
*Crafting and scheduling newsletters through Mailchimp
*Managing and organizing the CEO’s email and calendar
