We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to work with our amazing client! Their company is an agency that specializes in baby-sitter recruitment.

The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have some understanding of children, either as a parent, nanny, teacher or an awesome aunt, as understanding parents’ needs is essential to this role. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with attention to detail.

Job responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound calls and texts from clients, providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client and candidate communications, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the entire process.
• Manage front-end operations, including communication with both clients and candidates.
• Process reservations by recording all necessary booking details and children’s information thoroughly and collecting credit card information
• Deliver a high level of personalized service to clients, offering expert advice and recommendations based on their unique needs and preferences.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Aspen/Snowmass area in order to provide concierge-level recommendations and communicate their knowledge of the area to clients
• Provide empathetic and personalized support to sitters and clients.
• Establish and maintain open lines of communication and attentively listen to the needs and concerns of clients and sitters.
• Build and foster trust-based relationships between the agency, the sitters, and the families.
• Utilize matching skills to assign the most suitable sitter to each family, taking into account specific requirements and preferences.
• Coordinate back-end tasks and assign responsibilities to other team members as needed.
• Conducting interviews for potential sitters
• Ability to handle any customer complaints or issues that arise – most of these will be handled by me, but the person should have the skills to handle a difficult situation using the protocol that I provide.
• Developing and implementing processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency’s front-end operations
• Maintaining accurate records of client and sitter interactions
• The ideal candidate would have previous experience in the hospitality or childcare industry.

What you need:
– Just like any job, you need to have the right tools to perform well. That being said, we need you to meet the following requirements to ensure success in this role:
– 1 main computer with at least core i5 processor
– A backup computer with at least core i3 processor
– Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit
– At least 5 mbps backup internet service
– An internet hub/cafe nearby that operates during your working hours

Other employment requirements:
– PhilHealth ID Number
– NBI Clearance

Rate: $5/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, any 4 hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (whatever works best for the candidate)
